摘要: The purpose of this in vitro study was to evaluate the effect various chelating solutions on radicular push-out bond strength calcium silicate-based and resin-based root canal sealers. Root canals freshly-extracted single-rooted teeth (n = 80) were instrumented by using rotary instruments. specimens randomly divided into 4 groups according being tested: (1) 17% ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA); (2) 9% etidronic acid; (3) 1% peracetic (PAA); (4) distilled water (control). In each group, roots further assigned 2 subgroups sealer used: an epoxy (AH Plus) a (iRoot SP). Four 1 mm-thick sections obtained from coronal aspect 40 slices/group). Push-out test performed at crosshead speed mm/min., data analyzed statistically with two-way analysis variance (ANOVA) Bonferroni's post hoc (p 0.05). iRoot SP showed higher resistance dislocation than AH Plus. Final irrigation EDTA, Etidronic acid, PAA did not improve Plus dentin.
