摘要: AIM To evaluate the effects of [NaF 12 g L-1  + NaCl 1 g L-1 ] solution used in electrochemical dissolution process fractured endodontic files, as well its NiTi-containing product, on dentine hardness, topography and human fibroblast viability. METHODOLOGY Sixty single-rooted teeth were evaluated for microhardness using Vickers hardness test area number dentinal tubules by scanning electron microscopy. The samples divided according to surface treatment: distilled water; 17% EDTA; ]; EDTA + [NaF ]. Thirty-six irrigation protocol: Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium + 10% foetal bovine serum; 5.25% NaOCl;  + NiTi]. extracts contact with apical foramen MTT assay viability, dilutions 100%, 50%, 25% 12.5%. Statistical tests paired t-tests, one-way anova, Tukey's test, Kruskal-Wallis Dunn's post-test. RESULTS did not modify or average tubule area. However, EDTA induced changes structure (P < 0.05). solution, product had lower cytotoxicity than NaOCl at 50% (P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS alter damage structure. It also demonstrated NaOCl.
