摘要: The effect of administeringp-chlorophenoxyisobutyric (clofibric) acid to rats on the molecular species composition diacyl-glycerophosphocholine (GPC) rat liver microsomes was studied. Microsomal choline glycerophospholipids were converted 1,2-diradyl-3-acetylglycerol and separated into by reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Diacyl-GPC consisted 17 different species. predominant arachidonoyl derivatives, such as 18∶0–20∶4 (22.2% total) 16∶0–20∶4 (22.0%). Administration clofibric caused a marked increase in 16∶0–18∶1 diacyl-GPC from 8% 30%, making these acid-fed rats. Also, significant decrease (50% controls) 18∶0–18∶2 observed, whereas containing 16∶0 at 1-position 16∶0–18∶2 small (approximately 85% control). results show that changes diacyl-GPC. participation 1-acyl-GPC acyltransferase stearoyl-CoA desaturase regulation is discussed.
