摘要: Abstract Administration of p -chlorophenoxyisobutyric acid (clofibric acid) to rats induced a marked change in acyl composition hepatic glycerolipids; considerable increase the proportion octadecenoic (18:1) was accompanied by decrease octadecadienoic (18:2). Among glycerolipids, changes proportions 18:1 and 18:2 were most phosphatidylcholine. The phosphatidylcholine paralleled free fatty microsomes. treatment with clofibric resulted 2.3-fold activity microsomal palmitoyl-CoA chain elongation 4.8-fold stearoyl-CoA desaturation. activities acyl-CoA synthetase, 1-acylglycerophosphate acyltransferase 1-acylgly-cerophosphorylcholine microsomes increased approx. 3-, 1.7- 3.6-times, respectively, acid. These findings are discussed respect role modification systems regulation
