摘要: AIM To determine the prevalence and etiological agents of significant bakteriuria in children younger than six, as well incidence anatomical abnormalities urinary system with established bakteriuria. METHODS Data were collected from hospital records treated at Department for Preschool School Health Care, Primary Care Center Zenica discharge letters hospitalized Pediatrics, Cantonal Hospital Zenica, Bosnia Herzegovina period 2007-2009. RESULTS A total 5379 included study. Significant bacteriuria was present 352 (6.5%) children, among those 114 (32.4%) boys 238(67.6%) girls. Recidivism found 92 (26.1%), abnormal ultrasound findings 58 (16.4%) children. The most common isolated pathogens E. coli, 170 (48.3%), K. pneumoniae, 61 (17.3%), P. mirabilis 53 (15%), vulgaris, 12 (34.1%) cases.
