摘要: Abstract Trimethoprim molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was prepared as the coating of stir bar sorptive extraction (SBSE) and applied to trace analysis trimethoprim three sulfonamides in complex samples. The MIP-coating about 21.5 μm thickness with relative standard deviations (RSD) 5.9% ( n = 10). It homogeneous dense good thermal chemical stability. capability 1.7 times over that non-imprinted (NIP) coating. exhibited selective adsorption ability sulfonamides, triazines methotrexate besides antibacterial synergists. methods for determination by MIP-coated coupled HPLC were developed. successfully spiked urine plasma linear range 5-200 μg L −1 detection limit 1.6 . recoveries samples 84.5% 91.7% RSDs 2.9%–4.4%, 71.9% 85.1% 3.0%–7.3%, respectively. also milk sample. 10–200 , within 4.5–6.1 recovery 83.2%–110.2% 4.1%–8.0%.
