摘要: Objectives: To study the hepatoprotective effect of aqueous extract Andrographis paniculata (AP) on hexachlorocyclohexane (BHC) induced severe liver damage in Swiss male mice. Methods: The was given orally to animals with by (BHC). activity monitored estimating serum ALT & AST and other parameters like alkaline phosphatase, (-Glutamyl transpeptidase, glutathione lipid peroxidase. Results: Aqueous inhibited BHC toxicity mice as assessed biochemical values. Conclusions: has significant activity.
