摘要: Molybdenum oxide is an attractive material for application in several technology fields such as sensors, displays, and batteries, among many others. In this work, we present a reliable laser direct writing (LDW) method synthesizing multi-phase molybdenum (MoOx) on single processing step. We use femtosecond pulses to produce up five distinct crystalline phases of at once. demonstrate how the irradiation conditions determine MoOx stoichiometry, phase, morphology. show that by conveniently adjusting either per-pulse fluence or exposure time, can be obtained nano micro-structured form. found ultrashort pulse allows formation unusual o-Mo18O52, which rarely reported literature. addition, it possible synthesize other sub-stoichiometric o-Mo4O11 m-Mo8O23 all atmospheric air conditions, with no need demanding oxygen pressure precautions.
