摘要: Our study describes the emm type distributions of invasive and non-invasive group A streptococci (GAS) G (GGS) strains in one biggest Health Districts Finland. total 571 GAS or GGS were recovered from patients with infections during a 1-year period 2008–2009 Pirkanmaa District We describe here collected throat (n = 246), pus 217), deep tissue 56) blood 52). The most common types among emm77, emm1, emm28, emm89 emm12. Among GGS, stG480, stG643, stG6, stC6979 stG485. Some found to associate certain infection focus. In GAS, emm77 associated isolates, whereas emm1 emm12 more frequent isolates. stG480 was commonly
