摘要: Abstract Preconditioning with Cortical Spreading Depression induces a sort of tolerance to subsequent episode ischemia. The mechanism this is not clear. We studied if such treatment epigenetic chromatin modifications on the hemispheres rats preconditioned by Depression. contralateral were used as control. determined level H3K4 and H3K9 methylation mRNA amounts for two well known methyltransferases (MLL SET7) in 24°h after induction. Western blotting experiments have been performed using three different types primary antibodies against mono-, di- tri-methyl antibody anti-dimethyl H3K9. In same samples we checked H3 histones replaced H3.3 histone variants that could be an additional marker modifications. mono- di-methyl was significantly lower treated than those (40% about 60%, respectively) while tri-methylation remained unchanged. almost 60% higher hemispheres. affected also expression methyltransferase MLL SET7 decreased comparison control (80% 40%, respectively). instead had no effects overall histones. conclusion are evident
