摘要: Hyponatremia is a laboratory finding which reflects several different physiological adjustments. The diagnosis of symptomatic hyponatremia based on clinical findings, data, and the response to appropriate therapy. Laboratory data alone do not distinguish children with low plasma sodium concentrations symptoms water intoxication from those hypotonic dehydration unassociated central nervous system dysfunction. Data 17 acute are presented. These patients had satisfactory biochemical responses infusions containing at 500 1,300 mEq. per liter.
