摘要: Deoxycytidine kinase (dCK) is a rate-limiting enzyme for the activation of ara-C. It responsible phosphorylation ara-C which widely used in treatment leukemia. We examined effect etoposide on dCK L1210 cells and found that incubation with 10 μM 1 h increased activity to 170% control. This was concentration-dependent up at least 100 substance.
