摘要: Physicians often have difficulty diagnosing a generalized rash because many different conditions produce similar rashes, and single condition can result in rashes with varied appearances. A rapid accurate diagnosis is critically important to make treatment decisions, especially when mortality or significant morbidity occur without prompt intervention. When specific not immediately apparent, it generate an inclusive differential guide diagnostic strategy initial treatment. In part I of this two-part article, tables listing common, uncommon, rare causes are presented help diagnosis. The describe the key clinical features recommended tests accurately diagnose rashes.
