摘要: Abstract In this work, a chemical data collections is regarding the synthesis, purification and characterization of water-soluble fluorescent probes based on (5)6-carboxyfluorescein (CF)-conjugated with normal reverse triblock copolymers (F127 10R5). Due to fact that F127 shows low solubility in organic solvents, most studies involve removal dicyclohexylurea (side product) using ether solution, resulting an unclean material for medicinal applications. our study, cleaner protocols were performed by dialysis size-exclusion column chromatography (SEC) water medium obtaining F127-CF 10R5-CF good yields (80–85%). Proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR) was employed confirm structures final products.
