摘要: A 17-YEAR-OLD WOMAN was a belted, front-seat passenger in head-on motor vehicle collision. On arrival at local medical center, the patient awake and alert with stable vital signs complaining predominantly of abdominal flank pain. Advanced Trauma Life Support protocol followed.
