摘要: Abstract Transparent and conducting properties of Cd 2 SnO 4 films deposited onto glass substrates by the dip coating technique have been obtained using a factorial design. All were well adhered their substrates, presented porous morphology inverse spinel structure. Statistical design analysis showed that only substrate withdrawal rate precursor solution concentration had significant effects on average transmission films. Cumulative probability graphs model coefficients none factor levels resistivity. However significantly higher resistivities low rates levels. This indicates resistivity is more complex function variables than transmission. From experiments statistical results highest 88% lowest 2.43 × 10 − Ω m found.
