摘要: The weight average molar masses and mass distributions of two commercial pig gastric mucins fresh mucin preparations were determined by the technique size exclusion chromatography coupled on-line to multi angle laser light scattering (SEC/MALLS). Both samples exhibited much lower averages than freshly prepared material contained more impurities. On other hand, a preparation examined after being stored frozen for 18 months revealed slight increase in mass.
