摘要: Abstract Light-scattering studies have been made on amylose and amylopectin in water. True scattering intensities of the solvent were obtained by degrading polysaccharide solutions with alpha-amylase light-scattering cell. This technique enables molecular parameters size shape to be more speedily accurately than hitherto. In addition, information regarding contribution dust intensity a polymer solution was obtained.
