摘要: The serum iron contents and the number of sideroblasts from various patients radioactivity erythroblasts same incubated with Fe55 have been observed. results proved that in case accelerated erythropoietic function like polycythemia vera deficient state idiopathic hypochromic anemia, level sideroblast are lower than those normal persons higher erythroblasts, whereas low hypoplastic anemia former values erythroblasts. There is an inverse correlation between average stainable granules rate radioactive appearance observation on these factors will give important clue for judging utilization process each disease. limitation uptake correlating hemoglobin synthesis discussed.
