摘要: SummaryThe presence of iron-59 in the earliest stages erythroid series rat bone marrow was demonstrated by means stripping film autoradiography after intraperitoneal injection labeled ferric chlorides. Proerythroblasts and basophilic erythroblasts take up a detectable amount radioiron 3 to 6 hours. The maximum uptake, however, occurs polychromatic orthochro-matic stages.
