摘要: The chemistry of tryptophan (1) has probably been the object more intense investigation than that any other amino acids. This is undoubtedly due to particular reactivity indole nucleus and extensive developed over years regarding this important ubiquitous functionality. Only sulfur acids have received comparable attention from chemists biochemists.
