摘要: The pathway and kinetics of photosynthate unloading in developing seeds bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) were investigated using steady-state labeling with 14CO2. continuous assimilation 14CO2 at constant specific activity produced stable tracer fluxes that facilitated straightforward analyses import seeds. equilibration within intact compatible a symplastic route the seed coat. partitioning partially disrupted by surgical excision distal halves as practiced during preparation “empty” coats for perfusion.
