摘要: Continuous in vivo measurements of the partitioning recently fixed photo-assimilate to individual ovules within a single pod Pisum are reported. Also, attached surgically modified as well solution bathing these is described. This observation throws some doubt upon use long-term ( > 200 min) efflux coats study movement into ovules. work based method analysing carbon-11 tracer profiles which does not require be corrected for radioactive decay, thus enabling this short-lived isotope used quantitative studies indefinite duration continuous or multiple pulse labelling.
