摘要: An emerging topic of our days is nanoscience and nanotechnology successfully applied in the food industry. Characteristics such as size, surface area morphology can modify basic properties chemical reactivity nanomaterials. The breakthrough innovative materials, processes, phenomena at nanoscale, well progress new experimental theoretical techniques for research, supply novel opportunities expansion original nanosystems nanostructured materials. These study examine two types nanoparticles, namely cerium oxide nanoparticles (CeO 2 NP) natural zeolites. In view importance CeO NP various biological applications, primary objective this to characterise four samples order understand role synthesis process final product. Nanocrystalline zeolites are materials with interesting which allows them be used adjuvant many therapies. characterisation using Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy described. Therefore, examined nanomaterials, zeolites, further applications on microorganisms living cells.
