摘要: Abstract Purpose To evaluate the information assessed with LADARWave wavefront measurement device and correlate it visual symptoms, refraction, corneal topography in previously LASIK-treated eyes. Participants One hundred five eyes (58 patients) of individuals who underwent LASIK surgery were evaluated. Design Retrospective, noncomparative case series. Main outcome measures Complete ophthalmologic examination, topography, measurements performed. Correlations made between examinations symptoms. Methods Wavefront device. Manifest, cycloplegic topographic data compared refraction higher order aberrations. Visual symptoms correlated to aberrations 3 different pupil sizes (5-mm, 7-mm, scotopic size). Pearson's correlation coefficient generalized estimating equations used for statistical analysis. Results In post-LASIK eyes, components poorly manifest components. The comparison manifest, cycloplegic, total amount showed no strong correlation. did not show analysis double vision coma horizontal 5-mm 7-mm size; starburst coma, glare spherical aberrations, size. Scotopic size had a positive association negative vision. Conclusions is valuable diagnostic tool measuring refractive error ocular A such as monocular diplopia aberration, suggest this diagnosing symptomatic LASIK-induced Horizontal was vision, whereas vertical not.
