摘要: The design (synthesis) of analog electrical circuits entails the creation both topology and sizing (numerical values) all circuit’s components. There has previously been no general automated technique for automatically designing an circuit from a high-level statement desired behavior. This paper shows how genetic programming can be used to automate suite five prototypical circuits, including lowpass filter, tri-state frequency discriminator circuit, 60 dB amplifier, computational square root, time-optimal robot controller circuit. All these genetically evolved constitute instances evolutionary computation solving problem that is usually thought require human intelligence.
