摘要: Long-lived complex electromechanical systems, such as vehicles or industrial machinery, often need to be adapted for new uses environments. Adapting the design a system is frequently complicated by fact that they are tightly integrated, any change will have consequences throughout design, and must take many different aspects of into consideration. Functional blueprints simplify adaptation incorporating reasons decisions their directly specification system. This allows human designer supported automated reasoning can identify potential conflicts, suggest fixes, propagate changes implicit in choices designer. chapter presents functional approach detail, including both review prior work results.
