摘要: In the present study, effect of LPS on different splenic non-lymphoid cells was investigated. Marginal zone (MZ) macrophages, marginal metallophils and interdigitating (IDC) were demonstrated using specific monoclonal antibodies in a two-step immunoperoxidase procedure combination with enzyme histochemistry. The results indicate that number macrophages decreases markedly after treatment, but is followed by rapid repopulation as observed antibody staining selective uptake FITC-Ficoll. are normally located at inner border sinus can specifically be identified MOMA-1. Following stimulation, many MOMA-1-positive corona central parts follicles, decreasing numbers near sinus. These findings strongly suggest induces migration towards follicle centres. Most tangible body centres appeared to slightly MOMA-1-positive, which indicates may, least under certain circumstances, differentiate into macrophages. PALS, cells, NLDC-145-positive found. shown severely decreased later time-intervals administration, resulting an almost unstained PALS 2 days. contrast above-mentioned red pulp only minimally affected LPS.
