摘要: Background Variable residual thrombus ranging from minimal to a large is seen in the culprit vessel after successful thrombolysis ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). Factors associated with thrombolysed patients are poorly understood. The objective of our study was determine correlates burden successfully STEMI receiving dual antiplatelet therapy. Methods In this prospective observational 60 therapy, various clinical and coronary angiographic features like burden, stenosis, (TIMI) flow grade infarct-related artery were evaluated. Results Out patients, 49 11 respectively, had low high burden. Thirty-seven (75.5%) amongst low-grade TIMI 3 flow, whereas seven (63.6%) 2 indicating an association between grade, which statistically significant (p=0.009). Further, 39 who 45 years old, age stenosis (p = 0.039) observed. Conclusion there inverse correlation high-grade more frequent flow. common older than age, underscoring necessity for invasive evaluation thrombolysis.
