摘要: In multicellular organisms the basal membrane, a complex extracellular matrix, plays leading role in maintenance of structure and function organism (VRACKO 1974, 1982; HAY 1978; FURTHMAYR STANLEY et al. 1982a, b; FOIDART 1984; ABRAHAMSON 1986; INGBER 1986). The lamina (basement basement lamina) is primarily defined by its topography structure, as revealed light electron microscopy. microscopical analysis reveals three different zones: densa, rara (sive lucida), densa. It well known that connective tissue matrix composed collagens, proteoglycans glycoproteins, which influence differentiation cells, their morphogenesis tendency to proliferation. MARTINEZ-HERNANDEZ AMENTA (1983) have divided substances composing membrane into those are intrinsic (collagen type IV, laminin, heparan sulfate proteoglycan, entactin) extrinsic (fibronectin V collagen).
