摘要: Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) is a promising thin film absorber material for low cost solar cell applications. CZTS nanoparticle ink synthesized using solvothermal route an attractive option to deposit layer screen printing or spin coating method in cell. In this study we have nanocrystals from aqueous solution of Copper nitrate [Cu(NO3)2], Zinc [Zn(NO3)2], tin chloride [SnCl4] and thiourea with varying concentration Cu(NO3)2 (viz 0.82 mmol,1.4 mmol, 1.7 mmol) keeping concentrations rest solutions constant.
