摘要: In this work, a low-cost, non-toxic and convenient one-pot solvothermal route to synthesize Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) nanoparticles is reported. The effects of temperature reaction time on the structure, morphology optical properties as-synthesized product were investigated by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM), energy dispersive analysis (EDX) measurements photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). results showed that crystallinity CZTS powders was influenced time. band gap selected samples near optimum value for photovoltaic solar conversion in single-band-gap device.
