摘要: Reagents for enabling leukocytes to be classified and counted lyse erythrocytes act on stabilize them are disclosed. The reagents contain polyoxyethylene-based surfactants, may hyperosmotic or hypoosmotic agents solubilizing agents. One embodiment of the invention contains surfactants selected from anionic nonionic having 18-30 repeating oxyethylene units per molecule. A second polyoxyethylene only, 20-100 molecule, does not employ either saponin quaternary ammonium compounds, provides adjustment pH resulting solutions. allows into as many five types, each type quantified, enables detection abnormal cells, when used in conjunction with particulate analysis flow cytometers employing RF method DC method.
