摘要: Study design: Two case reports of intramedullary teratoma in the spinal cord adults, and a review literature. Objective: To investigate describe unusual cases using MRI to define features that may be used avoid misdiagnosis. Setting: A department orthopedic surgery Japan. Methods: One patient, 37-year-old woman, was referred because gait disturbance. She evaluated by myelography, CT scan with MRI. T12 through L1 laminoplasty performed tumor subtotally removed. The other 56-year-old man, muscle weakness sensory revealed multiple tumors. C4 C6 L2 were performed, tumors these regions Results: In Case 1, postoperative course excellent, histological examination resected specimen consisting ectodermal mesodermal elements. 2, symptoms resolved after surgery, ectodermal, endodermal elements revealed. Conclusions: Although teratomas are very rare they need considered differential diagnosis.
