摘要: Abstract Organic acids strongly influence the organoleptic properties of fruit, and in citrus major organic acid is citric acid. The pH-associated genes ( PH ) have been widely studied various fruit their expression has suggested to be linked accumulation but planta functional evidence lacking. A novel PH- like gene, named CrMYB73 , was isolated from ‘Ponkan’ Citrus reticulate Blanco) amino sequence analysis that an R2R3 MYB protein. Expression positively correlated with its role tested directly by overexpression both wild type anthocyanin-enriched transgenic Nicotiana tabacum . results indicated transient leads accumulation.
