摘要: Dehydroepiandrosterone sulphate (DHEAS) is synthesised from dehydroepiandrosterone by the enzyme sulphotransferase. DHEAS one of most important neurosteroids in brain. The concentration brain sometimes higher than peripheral system. At cellular level, has been shown to modulate a variety synaptic transmission, including cholinergic, GABAergic dopaminergic and glutamatergic transmission. In addition effect on release number neurotransmitters, could also activity postsynaptic receptors. found have multiple effects functions, such as memory enhancing, antidepressant anxiolytic effects, may relationships with many diseases.
