摘要: Various methods for creation of supported lipid membranes suitable incorporation membrane proteins are described, including Langmuir-Blodgett techniques, self- assembly thiolipids and/or phospholipids and fusion vesicles. Practical applicationsthatarediscussedincludeligand-receptorbinding,immunosensing devices, fluidity, ion-selective sensors signal transduction from reconstituted proteins.
