摘要: Infrared attenuated total reflection (IR-ATR) spectroscopy is shown to be a sensitive tool get structural information in aqueous environment on molecular level. The technique optimum if the sample immobilized an oriented way. In this paper we report formation of lipid bilayer membranes which are then used for interaction studies with local anesthetics and as support adsorption membrane fragments incorporated Na,K-ATPase (Na,K-pump).
