摘要: Abstract Conventional and modulated excitation infrared spectra of egg phos-phatidylcholine are measured in the spectral range 4000−900 cm −1 by modulation relative humidity with an amplitude ± T = 30°C). From modulated-excitation spectrum, hydration sites found to be > PO − 2 group, C O group choline group.
