摘要: The intestinal Peyer's patches (PP) were significantly different in distribution and fine morphology between Mongolian gerbils mice. PP of evenly distributed from the duodenum to ileum, whereas mice more densely lower ileum than other parts intestine. In gerbils, each had a much greater number lymphoid follicles mice, although total was smaller. Electron microscopy revealed that dome covered with two types epithelial cells, one shorter microvilli longer ones, cells murine uniform-shaped numerous medium-sized microvilli. Some absorptive morphologically similar poorly differentiated crypt suggesting be immature M cells.
