摘要: Abstract 1. Individual gill arches of rainbow trout ( Salmo gairdneri ) were prepared surgically and perfused, at constant pressure, with solutions containing indian ink. The inflow collection pressures 40 15 mm Hg respectively. 2. routes for blood flow through filaments lamellae isolated, perfused gills are described our observations confirm those made by Steen & Kruysse (1964) using isolated non-perfused gills. 3. effects atropine indicate that there may be some tonic cholinergic regulation flow, but significant changes in filamental lamellar patterns appear to controlled adrenergically. 4. Regulation vasoconstriction vasodilation sinus vessels arterioles is suggested.
