摘要: The microstructure of white matter in patients with major depressive disorder (MDD) has been demonstrated to be abnormal. However, it remains unclear whether these changes exist prior the onset disease. In this study, diffusion tensor imaging was used evaluate integrity individuals who exhibited cognitive vulnerability depression (CVD), MDD and healthy controls (HC). Compared HC, a lower fractional anisotropy (FA) ten brain regions: cerebral peduncle, anterior posterior limbs internal capsule (ALIC PLIC), external capsule, retrolenticular part (RLIC), body splenium corpus callosum, superior corona radiata cingulum. Moreover, CVD had significantly FA ALIC, PLIC, RLIC, peduncle than did HC. not different between MDD. These preliminary results indicate that alterations observed may marker depression.
