摘要: 9 cell strains derived from patients with Huntington's disease and age- sex-matched controls were investigated for X-ray sensitivity. No differences in radiosensitivity observed the two groups. The groups taken together reveal a dependence of on intrinsic cloning efficiency which turn correlates donor age. A difference between males females is also indicated although at borderline significance. As parameter dose needed to obtain 0.1% survival appears superior Do.
