摘要: DNA plays an essential role not only in dividing cells, but also postmitotic cells such as neurons. Accumulated damage to the nuclear will result neuronal metabolism. There is suggestive evidence of altered ALS, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases, deficiency repair mechanisms these age-related degenerations Huntington's disease. We suggest that abnormalities are more likely be cause rather than effect disease process.
