摘要: Abstract At the moment, due to technology improvements and governmental incentives for use of green energies, Renewable Energy Sources (RESs) appears be a promising approach electricity generation. This motivates implementation Wind Farms (WFs) Fuel Cell Power Plants (FCPPs) over mass scale by Distribution Companies (DisCos). As RESs become larger portion generation mix, many aspects distribution systems operation planning has changed. In context Volt/Var control problem, proliferation becomes challenging issue DisCos. Since wind power acts as variable energy source, probabilistic load flow techniques are going necessary analyze utility system. paper presents multi-objective method solve problem in system with high penetration. A using Point Estimate Method (PEM) is employed model uncertainty demands electrical WFs. To regard operational economic assessment containing WFs FCPPs, different objective functions have been taken into account. Cost generated WFs, DisCos, losses, emissions produced FCPPs DisCos next day selected functions. new powerful optimization technique based on Modified shuffled Frog Leaping Algorithm (MSFLA) proposed achieve optimal values active reactive capacitors transformers tap positions ahead. order tackle non-commensurable objectives, objectives fuzzified max–min operator employed. The results compared other evolutionary methods 69-bus feeder terms efficiency accuracy.
