摘要: Abstract The rolls and stand deflections induced by rolling force lead to a significant decrease in the radius prediction accuracy of ring product in-plane roll-bending strip. To precisely predict control radius, new analytical model is developed. Numerical implementation presented solve theoretical force, as well inherent force–deflection relationship considering interactions strip workpiece, stand. A series profile measurements formed parts are made assess predicted deflections. Different approaches used experiments validate model. experimental results show that reliable radii with maximum relative error 10.4% deviating from desired ones. By deflections, most aluminum alloy AA-3003O rings improved 65.9–159.9%.
