摘要: Abstract This study presents a compensation method in milling machining order to take into account tool deflection during tool-path generation. Tool that occurs machining, and especially when flexible tools such as end mills are used, can result dimensional errors on workpieces. The presented here is part two of two-part paper. In one the cutting force models surface prediction have been presented. Here focus effects' integration generation path. A strategy proposed modifies nominal trajectory, compensates for due deflection, without degrading production performance machined accuracy. methodology allows optimization path trajectory achieved specified tolerance.
