摘要: This paper investigates modeling of machining forces with shearing and plowing mechanisms estimates instantaneous tool deflections in micro end milling. Cutting directly affect cutter deflection, which will influence the quality machined surfaces. Thus, it is important to model cutting order avoid imperfections a final manufactured part. Force analysis also essential for mechanics dynamics The proposed force considers phenomena milling process calculates from elastic recovery plowed workpiece material. distribution on mill calculated by mathematical model. Tool during result part imperfections. Therefore, predict manufacture accurate parts premature failure. Presented deflection models are validated titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V grade 5, through experiments wide range conditions using laser displacement sensors mini dynamometer.
