摘要: Responses of neonatal rat calvarial osteoblasts to a variety orthopedic implant materials were examined in vitro. Attachment, proliferation, and collagen synthesis well-characterized line with 316L stainless steel, Ti-6Al-4V, Co-Cr-Mo, PMMA, hydroxyapatite, borosilicate glass, tissue culture polystyrene studied. Cell adhesion growth similar on nonapatitic materials. In contrast, attachment significantly lower slower, respectively, hydroxyapatite. Collagen per cell relative synthesis, however, comparable all the tested.
