摘要: Background: This study was conducted in order to investigate the association between IL-21 (rs2055979 G/T and rs13143866 A/G) Foxp3 (rs2232365 A/G rs3761548 A/C) gene polymorphisms recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) a group of Palestinian women residing Gaza strip. Methods: A retrospective case-control carried out during period (January June, 2014). total 200 females, 100 RPL patients controls without previous history RPL, aged 20–35 years were included . rs2232365 analyzed by allele-specific PCR whereas, rs2055979 A/C investigated PCR-RFLP. Results: No statistically significant difference existed cases terms allelic genotypic distribution or rs13143866. On other hand, two showed with RPL: allele G its homozygous genotype G/G A/A significantly higher group. Conclusions: represent risk factors for strip women. however, do not pose tangible our population. Study results should be confirmed on larger sample.
